Charlie is happy to serve as the Assistant Director in the Student Involvement & Leadership Center. His favorite thing about his job is working with the great student leaders and student organizations at Boise State. Charlie received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Washington University and his Master of Education from Iowa State University. In his free-time, Charlie loves backpacking in the Pacific Northwest and going to concerts.
Charlie's primary responsibilities include oversight of the student organizations area of the Student Involvement & Leadership Center and the co-advising of ASBSU.
Jason Clark

Jason grew up in Eugene, Oregon, but has since lived in Washington, Indiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. He received his bachelors from Washington State and his Master's degree at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Jason enjoys traveling, reading, golf, outdoor activities, horror movies, cooking, football, the Oregon Coast, and is always looking for a great tuna sandwich.

Kara was born and raised in Pine Bluff, AR. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in Fayetteville, AR completing a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology, May 2007. Staying educationally focused, she soon after completed a Master's of Education Degree in Workforce Development-Human Resources Development, May 2009 at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She is a Razorback at heart and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, Kara enjoys watching her two favorite movies (Transformers II & 27 Dresses), traveling across the country, and watching her two favorite football teams- ArkansasRazorbacks& Pittsburg Steelers! She has a high passion for students and helping them advance within their academic and career opportunities.
Kara's primary responsibilities in the Student Involvement & Leadership Center includes: advising the Student Programs Board and planning various student programmatic events here at BSU.
Damoni Wright

Damoni was born and raised in the great state of Michigan. He transferred out and finished both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Health Education, from Idaho State University in the mid to late nineties. With the help of a WICHE fellowship, he is currently working on furthering his education. Damoni enjoys fishing, kayaking, camping, canoeing, and arts and crafts. He really doesn't but he thought it sounded good because he lives in Idaho! He has three beautiful children and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc. He looks forward to helping students, faculty, staff, and the community experience the richness of higher education.
Damoni's primary responsibilities include co-advising the Volunteer Services Board, working with the President's Civic Leadership Scholars, the Leadership Minor, and leading the planning of our leadership development programs.
Teri Rapp

Teri attended Boise State University and never left. She grew up between Idaho, Utah, Montana, and Nevada and was going to be a cowboy/veterinarian/philanthropist. That didn't work out for various and obvious reasons, but she does really enjoy working with students. Teri lives in Boise with a menagerie of family and pets, and while not a mind-reader, does hope to start her own psychic hotline someday. Her interests include creating art, writing, horror and comedy movies, spooky stories, Harley rides, clowning around, and hanging with friends.
Connie Messley

Connie Messley was born in Twin Falls, Idaho but was raised all over the Pacific Northwest and parts of the midwest and has spent her adult years in North Carolina, West Virginia, Iowa, Washington state, and Idaho. She prefers Oregon beaches to Washington beaches, likes to garden, play with Rocky (her Maltese), likes four distinct seasons, and would like to visit Newfoundland some day. Her favorite thing to do is hang out with interesting people with great senses of humor. Connie loves working at Boise State and likes interacting with the students.
Connie's primary responsibilities include providing administrative support for Kelly and the other professional staff in the Center as well as oversight for the front desk in the Student Involvement & Leadership Center (1st floor).
